dirigent is operated by [LEGAL_ENTITY], registered at [REGISTERED_ADDRESS]. We provide a one-off personal exposure report: a snapshot of publicly available information about your own digital footprint, together with a measured exposure score and guidance on reducing your attack surface. The report is a single, time-limited deliverable — not a subscription, not continuous monitoring.
The report costs €3.00 (inclusive of applicable VAT) per report, payable at the time of purchase. Payment is processed by Stripe. No subscription is created; each report is a separate one-off transaction.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use this service.
You may only run a report on yourself. Specifically:
— email addresses must be verified as yours (we send a verification code to the address before including it);
— social accounts must be authenticated by you via OAuth (we use the identity returned by the OAuth provider).
Using dirigent to look up, investigate, or gather information about any other person is strictly prohibited and may constitute unlawful processing under the GDPR or equivalent legislation. We will terminate accounts and report credible violations to relevant authorities.
Your report is made available immediately after the build completes and remains accessible for 30 days from the build date. At the end of that window your report is crypto-shredded: the per-user encryption key is destroyed, rendering the ciphertext permanently unreadable. You may also request immediate deletion at any time via account settings or by emailing [CONTROLLER_CONTACT].
We recommend you export or screenshot findings you wish to retain before the window closes. We cannot recover a shredded report.
Findings are measured, not exhaustive. The report reflects publicly available sources at the time of the build. Sources may be incomplete, delayed, or unavailable. A finding in the report does not mean you are certainly at risk; the absence of a finding does not mean you are certainly safe. Measured ≠ exhaustive.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, [LEGAL_ENTITY]'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE REPORT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under [GOVERNING_LAW].
The dirigent platform, software, and brand are owned by or licensed to [LEGAL_ENTITY]. Your report content (the findings derived from your own public footprint) is yours. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use your report during the 30-day window.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or use the service unlawfully. On termination, your report is crypto-shredded immediately (subject to statutory billing-record retention obligations under our Privacy Policy).
These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING_LAW]. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of [GOVERNING_LAW]. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you also retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of domicile, and to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the new terms, please delete your account before the effective date.
